It is a matter of pleasure for me that Maha NGO Federation is functioning as a part of this family of NGOs. Social NGOs benefited a lot from the work of Maha NGOs. Looking at the work of social organizations in the society, it is necessary to glorify them. As a social service organization, we are grateful for the work we are doing for the society. The social organizations that were awarded today were not given by anyone’s reference but by their capability, asserted Shekhar Mundada, founder of Maha NGO, on the occasion of Atulya Samman ceremony organized at Jakarta Bhavan in Pune city.

Celebrating the birth centenary year of Pandit Jawaharlal Darda, 40 organizations associated with Maha NGO Federation and 10 organizations through Lokmat were honored at Jakartan Bhawan in Pune city. Hundreds of representatives of institutions and organizations from all over Maharashtra attended the said ceremony. Maha NGO Federation provided a special opportunity to all these organizations to present their work to the society.

On the occasion of this ceremony, Padma Shri Shri Girishji Prabhune, Special Director General of Police VIP Security Department IPS Shri Krishna Prakash Sir, Maha NGO Federation Founder Mr. Shekhar Mundada, Lokmat Editor Sanjay Awte, Lokmat General Manager Milind Darda, Maha NGO Executive Director Akshay Maharaj Bhosale, Umesh Sardar, Ravindra Dharia, Maharashtra Journalists Association President Swapnil Bapat was the chief guest.

Director of the organization Mukundji Shinde, Ganesh Dutt Bakle, Pranitatai Jagtap, Mahesh Soni, Amol Umbarje and office coordinators Apurva and Revannath took immense efforts for this ceremony.
